Warehouse Supervisor - Fairless Hills, PA

Jillamy is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor at our Fairless Hills, PA facility to manage warehouse staff and oversee the day-to-day operations that support our growing 3PL and distribution services. This key leadership role is responsible for supervising order processing, shipping and receiving, inventory management, documentation accuracy, and adherence to SOPs. You’ll guide and train warehouse associates, allocate labor efficiently, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity. The role also requires hands-on support, including forklift operation, troubleshooting workflow issues, and ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirements. Ideal candidates bring at least two years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or contract packaging environment, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume setting.
