Systems Engineer – WMS/ERP - Warminster, PA

Jillamy is hiring a Systems Engineer to lead and support NetSuite WMS/ERP initiatives at our Warminster, PA facility. This position plays a critical role in designing, configuring, and optimizing system logic, workflows, and integrations that support complex 3PL warehouse operations. You’ll collaborate with warehouse leadership, customers, and technical teams to translate operational needs into scalable NetSuite WMS solutions. The role supports multiple inventory control methods, picking strategies, mobile scanning solutions, and barcode compliance requirements. You’ll also assist with customer onboarding, lead system testing, build reporting and KPIs, and provide advanced troubleshooting support. This is a hands-on role for a technically strong, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced warehouse environments and values continuous improvement.
